We're here for anyone who needs to talk to someone about what they're going through. Don't worry if you don't quite know how to start. We know how difficult this can be and that it takes courage to contact us and talk openly about bad experiences, pain and emotions. The Samaritan volunteer will gently help you explore these feelings, where you are now and where you'd like to be.
